In short: the site is free, we compare and do not sell, and every booking is made with the supplier, on the supplier's terms.
The service
BOOKALLO is a free information and comparison service for flights, hotels and travel services. Using it costs you nothing and needs no registration.
We are not the seller
We are not a travel agency, an airline or a hotel. When you choose an offer you go to the supplier (or its form) and book there. The booking contract is between you and the supplier: the final price, the payment, change and cancellation terms, refunds and service all belong to the supplier and follow its terms. Even where a booking form is shown inside the site, payment is taken in the booking provider's own form.
Prices and availability
Prices on the site come from suppliers and price feeds, shown with the time they were checked. Travel prices change constantly, and a price checked a while ago may change or disappear. Always check the price and the terms with the supplier before you pay. We add no fee or markup of any kind to the supplier's price.
Affiliate commissions
We may receive a commission from a supplier when you book through a link on the site. It is paid by the supplier, at no extra cost to you, and it does not affect the order of the offers. Details on the transparency page.
Information and guides
The guides and information on the site are written and checked with care, but they are general information. Entry, visa, insurance and airline rules change — check with the official source or the supplier before you travel.
Liability
The site is provided as is. We make an effort to keep the information correct and current but cannot guarantee it is always complete or accurate, and we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, service or bookings of suppliers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law.
Fair use
Do not use the site in a way that harms it or other users — for example deliberate overload, large-scale automated scraping, or attempts to get around its protections.
Content and images
The text and design belong to the site. The destination photographs are used under Creative Commons licences, with the photographers credited on the transparency page.
